Roles and Responsibilities

This role is a full-time job in Gachibowli, Hyderabad and various locations in Pune. It entails supervision and management of our day-care cum preschool branch. This position is ONLY FOR FEMALES. The candidate should be fully vaccinated.

Duties include parent engagement, team management of 20 members, upholding highest standards of supervision, care, learning and nutrition

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal candidate would be 30-55 years of age with 5+ years of prior teaching/ supervision/ management experience Experience from education industry is most appreciated Must have a strong command over English, demonstrated ability to manage large team and customers with high expectations Rewards include great sense of empowerment, purpose and self-worth, lovely team to work with, highly professional work environment, exciting growth opportunities with a fast-growing company
Education qualifications: Bachelors , preferred degree in Early Child Care.

Work timings: Monday to Friday 9 am- 7 pm
