Department: Operations & Administration
CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Working Days & Timings: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM & Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location: Bengaluru and Pune
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management
● Lead, mentor, and manage teachers and support staff effectively.
● Create a collaborative and positive work culture within the centre.
● Set clear expectations and monitor staff performance regularly.
● Support employee engagement, motivation, and professional development.
2. Curriculum & Educational Excellence
● Ensure implementation of age-appropriate learning programs and activities.
● Monitor curriculum effectiveness and suggest improvements when required.
● Ensure educational practices align with early childhood education standards.
● Promote holistic child development and learning outcomes.
3. Centre Operations Management
● Oversee day-to-day centre operations including admissions, scheduling, and parent communication.
● Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall upkeep of the centre.
● Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
4. Financial & Business Management
● Monitor centre revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
● Drive enrolments and support business growth initiatives.
● Identify opportunities to improve occupancy and parent retention.
● Ensure optimum utilization of centre resources and budgets.
5. Parent & Community Engagement
● Build strong relationships with parents and guardians.
● Address parent concerns and ensure high parent satisfaction levels.
● Organize parent engagement activities and community outreach programs.
● Enhance the centre’s reputation through excellent service delivery.
6. Recruitment & Staff Development
● Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of staff members.
● Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
● Identify training needs and support continuous learning initiatives.
7. Reporting & Documentation
● Maintain accurate records related to admissions, attendance, and operations.
● Prepare reports and updates for management as required.
● Ensure timely documentation and operational compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
● Graduation is mandatory.
● 2–3 years of experience as a Centre Head / Centre Directress / Branch Head OR
● 2–3 years of experience in Client Management OR
● 5 years of teaching experience in preschool/education industry.
Required Skills:
● Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Good understanding of child development and early learning needs.
● Ability to build relationships with parents and stakeholders.
● Team management and problem-solving skills.
● Basic computer proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets & Google Drive, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets & Google Drive, Email Writing
