Job Summary: -Regional Trainer
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Trainer responsible for overseeing learning and development initiatives across assigned regions. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, implementing training programs, and fostering skill enhancement among operational and support staff. The Regional Trainer will conduct regular training sessions, maintain training records, and provide ongoing support to improve staff performance and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute training plans for operational, risk, audit, and HES staff.
- Ensure staff awareness and compliance with new strategies and regulatory updates.
- Conduct induction and refresher training sessions as per schedule.
- Provide specialized training on topics including client protection, compliance, and operational processes.
- Measure training impact through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify skill gaps and design training content to address them promptly.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of training facilities and equipment.
- Collaborate with management and attend meetings to report on training outcomes and observations.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities and compliance reports.
Eligibility :-
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in training and development within the financial services sector, specifically NBFC MFI.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (RBI guidelines preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
