Job Summary:
As an HR Recruiter, your responsibilities include attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure an efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
● Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract qualified candidates.
● Conduct thorough candidate searches and screenings to identify suitable candidates.
● Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
● Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future needs.
● Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
● Provide feedback to hiring managers and assist in the decision-making process.
● Conduct reference checks and manage the offer negotiation process.
● Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
● Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about their application status and next steps.
● Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their team dynamics and hiring needs.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
● Generate reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate feedback.
● Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the recruitment process. Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
