Female Graduates needed for Telesales Executive position at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. Candidates with Excellent Communication Skills and convincing power need to apply. Experience of a minimum 3-5 years in Telesales is required.

Location: Lajpat Nagar – I, New Delhi (Near Metro Station)

Shift Working: Day Shift Only (10 AM to 6 PM)

Working Days: Sunday Weekly off; Casual and Earned leaves as per standard policy, Festivals off

Salary & Benefits: Upto ₹25,000.00 /month plus attractive performance-based incentives

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:The responsibilities would include:
Making outbound calls on hot leads, counselling the students & parents and convincing them about the benefits and usefulness of the Company’s test preparation courses and converting them into paid users.

Making appropriate entries in the CRM software.

Such other duties as may be assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi.

Skill Set: Pleasing voice, excellent verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, call etiquettes, clear pronunciation, effective listening skills.

Education: Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.

Experience: You should have experience of minimum 2-3 years as a Counsellor, Telesales Executive or BPO executive in an outbound voice-based sales process with a proven track record.
