We are looking for a candidate with passion, drive and training experience who can provide a world class experience to all participants through a gold standard team of trainers.
The Training leaders is overall responsible for on boarding, developing and assessing trainers who deliver activities such as, classroom training, in-store training and online
facilitated virtual training sessions.
Training Team consists of classroom trainers, field trainers and partner trainers.

The Lead Trainer will be responsible for:
1. Delivering world class training programs to key staffs – ILT or Virtual.
2. Driving excellence and experience in all learning initiatives.
3. Mentoring and developing the training team’s competency and capability to gold standards.
4. Measuring and driving efficiency and effectiveness of all learning initiatives
5. Managing key relationships with various stakeholders and liaising with global teams to provide local/ country specific inputs.
