Role & responsibilities
1. To ensure Academic Excellence in the centers
2. Ensuring CCS Implementation at all centers
3. Providing Test Papers as per Test Planner
4. Ensuring quarterly PTM at all centers
5. Arrangement of Faculty Training and Motivational Modules
6. Publishing compiled results for All India Test Series/other tests
7. Teachers Test Conduction and ensure 100% attendance
8. Teacher`s performance feedback from students
9. Arranging webinar of Faculties with H.O.
10. Ensuring Quality question papers and timely availability in coordination with content team
11. Fortnightly meeting with Franchise Director along with Key Account Manager
