Experience – fresher to 6 yrs

working days – 5 (rotational off)

salary – 15k to 30k

timings- 10 am to 7 pm

Job Description: Sr. Academic Counsellor

Well educated and groomed to represent brands like IIM, MDI and International top business schools.

What will you be doing?

• Being a mentor and guide, who potential Working Professionals can look up to for career advice. • Counselling potential Working Professionals, helping them plan their career path and understanding how upTop and IIM can catalyze their career

Carrying weekly enrollment/revenue and collection targets.

• Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of upTop’s and IIM model of online/blended learning. • Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone, product demonstration (If Required), sales closing and post-sales relationship management.

• Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
