Role Description

 

This is a full-time role for an Admissions Counselor located in Pune, India. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing customer service, sales and education-related information to students and their families. The Admissions Counselor will also need to communicate and engage with prospective students interested in UG/PG courses. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for managing end-to-end admissions processes and conducting career counseling sessions for the students.

Salary – 4,5 to 7,5LPA 

Location – Pune 

Admissions Manager – 05 opning 

Team leader -05 opning 

Admissions counslers – 25 opning 

 Qualifications

 

Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills

Customer Service and Sales skills

Experience in education and counseling

Knowledge of the education system and admission processes in India

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field (Master’s degree in the same will be beneficial)

Experience in a similar role or in the education sector is preferred

Ability to multitask and manage end-to-end admission processes smoothly
