We are looking for an experienced IELTS Trainer to join our bright team. If you love English and

Responsibilities:

• Assist students in developing effective writing skills
• Offer guidance on IELTS registration procedures
• Help students improve their pronunciation, fluency, and comprehension
• Create and implement lesson plans tailored to student’s needs and skill levels
• Encourage and motivate students to enhance their language skills and confidence
• Identify specific areas of improvement and develop customized study plans for each student
• Recommend relevant study materials, books, online resources, and practice tests to students
• Adapt teaching materials and methods to align with the current IELTS assessment

criteria

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and performance

evaluations

• Offer constructive feedback on students’ written essays, speaking performance, and practice

tests

• Plan and deliver comprehensive IELTS preparation classes to individuals or groups of

students

• Cover all four language skills assessed in the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing,

and Speaking

• Conduct regular progress assessments, practice tests, and mock exams to gauge students’

readiness for the actual IELTS exam.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior teaching experience, particularly in IELTS preparation
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles
• Proficiency in English language skills equivalent to a native speaker
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed
