Career Global Immigration, a leading study visa consultancy firm in Mohali, Punjab, is currently seeking experienced and talented Team Leaders to manage and lead the study visa process for Australia, Canada, and the UK. We are dedicated to providing personalized guidance and support to students and professionals seeking international education and career opportunities. Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of visa consultants for the assigned region (Australia, Canada, or the UK)Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize visa application success rates
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient services
Train and mentor team members, enhancing their skills and abilities to meet company objectives
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and regulations for the assigned region
Liaise with educational institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize team performance
Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of experience in study visa consultancy or a related field
Proven track record of leading and managing successful teams
In-depth knowledge of visa application processes and requirements for Australia, Canada, or the UKExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
