ToolRoom is the most critical function in the company to enable it to grow at a fast rate. Tool Design/Tool assembly and tool tryouts are at the heart of the tool room and delivering new parts as per deadlines set by customers is utmost important in today’s competitive manufacturing scenario. Pro-active communication with customers, communication with tool design and mfg, handling a team are utmost important.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· ITI, BE-Mech/Prod, DME, IGTR, NTTF etc

· 4-8 years in similar function or tool Designing/Assembly.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

·Understanding customer requirements, part drawings and judging manufacturing feasibility.

·Coordinating with tool design to decide the manufacturing process plan.

· Preparing tool manufacturing plans and tool try-out reports.

· Pro-active communication with customers about status of development project.

·Actively assisting in Daily planning of tool room activities.

· Coordinating with purchase to get material and services for new parts/tools etc

· Liaison with service providers like wire EDM, Heat treatment, Surface coating etc

·Study customer feedback / inspection reports from customers and ensure corrective action with tool room. ·Preparing tool preventive plans and executing it.

· Taking immediate decisions on break down of tools.

·Closely co-ordinate with press shop to ensure smooth running of dies and intervening wherever tooling support needed.

· Key result area- On time completion of new parts and First time right.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹350,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per month
