Roles and Responsibilities :
- Call up the leads shared.
- Update and Track the calling data through software.
- Search for potential candidates on various job boards.
- Post a job on different on-line sites to create database.
- Each day minimum calls benchmark has to be met.
- Counsel the candidates about the job opportunities abroad either Virtual or In-personal.
- Month on Month targets must be met.
Requirements
– Any Graduate with minimum experience can apply for this role.
– Should have excellent communicationConvincing and interpersonal skills.
-Should be self driven with a zeal to achieve targets month on month.
-Males and Females are eligible.
