We have urgent requirement of Assistant Professor for MBA

Education:

• MBA

Experience:

• A minimum of 4 – 8 years of teaching experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• To develop, create and invent effective learning methods to teach the graduate and undergraduate students
• Prepare course materials, lectures, and demonstrations, including assignments, quizzes, and exams
• Participate in curriculum development to incorporate new knowledge into courses
• Engage in scholarly research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
• Creating, developing and innovating new techniques to ensure better learning procedures
• Constantly update the knowledge and improve one’s teaching and learning abilities
• Assist with student advising, admissions, and career counselling
• Participate in college committees as assigned by the Management
• Serve on departmental committees as required by the College Administration
• To maintain the discipline and abide by the rules and regulations of the university
• To conduct various workshops, classes, demonstrations, sessions, field trips for effective learning
• To evaluate, assess and provide an appropriate feedback
