Job Description
- Utilize advanced instructional models and adult learning methods to design learning experiences that promote practice, retention, and application of new skills and knowledge
- Write concise, creative, and effective instructions, Project plans, and proposals
- Lead needs analysis and requirements gathering sessions using business and HR acumen and Design Thinking principles
- Stay abreast of technology trends and evolving expectations of learners and organizations and solutinize content transformation in line with the marketManage the end-to-end Project execution, design, development, and implementation of continuous learning solutions for multiple complex learning projects
- Identify measures of success through project management of costs, work efforts, timelines, forecasting, and deliverables
- Make recommendations regarding Build-or-Buy decisions, curate and repurpose content as appropriate
- Contribute to the Revenue growth of the unit with portfolio building and mining for leads and projects
- Create interactive, engaging, scalable content projects that drive learning transformation and functions’ revenue growth
- Maintains collaborative relationships and communication with internal stakeholders.
- Continually seek out ways to improve the Solution design process.
Primary Skills
- Must possess strong Storyboarding and ID skills
- Proficiency with Multimedia/web development (Images, Audio, Video, animation, ) using Adobe eLearning or Creative Suite
- Thorough Understanding of Instructional Design and Learning design principles
- Knowledge of adult learning theory to identify appropriate training media and methodologies based on audience learning styles, course content, audience location, and point within the learning process, Designing is created for the traditional classroom, online classroom, self-paced online modules or a blend of approaches
- Be able to apply all aspects of instructional design principles to generate new-age Digital content
- Experience creating and evaluating materials in all delivery formats is a must
Secondary Skills
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple, complex projects
- Minimum of 12+ years related work experience with design experience in eLearning, synchronous/asynchronous learning, and instructor lead
- Pricing and commercial know-how of content projects
- Familiar with current learning and performance improvement industry standards, approaches, and innovations.
