Job Description
- Responsible for calling insurance companies in US to analyse the claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivable.
- Capable to capturing denials.
- Appeal to insurances for pending claims.
- Handle customer issues, escalation calls and coordinate with different functions, case management.
- Experience in international BPO specifically in a Voice process.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English.
- Open to Work from Office.
Primary Skills
- Added advantage if candidate holds prior experience in BPO, specifically in anInternational Voice or Blended process.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English.
Secondary Skills
- Willing to work in night shifts 24/7 environment.
- End to End knowledge of revenue cycle management process.
