Job Description

  • Responsible for calling insurance companies in US to analyse the claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivable.
  • Capable to capturing denials.
  • Appeal to insurances for pending claims.
  • Handle customer issues, escalation calls and coordinate with different functions, case management.
  • Experience in international BPO specifically in a Voice process.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English.
  • Open to Work from Office.

Primary Skills

  • Added advantage if candidate holds prior experience in BPO, specifically in anInternational Voice or Blended process.
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English.

Secondary Skills

  • Willing to work in night shifts 24/7 environment.
  • End to End knowledge of revenue cycle management process.
