ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Manage teaching protocol for cancer patients with in wards. Ensure creative, basic learning, basis etiquettes, hygiene for kids and diverting their mind and helping them to learn and be happy.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

This department of education represents education outside of a standard school setting. Informal Education is the wise, respectful and spontaneous process of cultivating learning. It works through conversation, and the exploration and enlargement of experience. Informal education has activities with children and adults. They will help the children to learn basic education, etiquettes and hygiene factors

KEYRESULT AREAS:

1. Teaching basic etiquettes and hygiene to children

2. Preparing teaching and creative sheets for children as per age groups.

3. Interacting with children and counseling them.

4. Playing games with kids.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Teaching basic education in the wards/ Chattai clinics in hospitals.

2. Forming age specific groups for learning like 3yrs -9yrs, 9yrs-12yrs, 12yrs-above.

3. Preparing learning and coloring sheets as per age groups sheets for kids along with other teachers.

4. Teaching different type of craft making to kids according to their age.

5. Making them play games like ludo, carom etc. to divert their mind and change their mood.

6. Teaching them various age specific stories and rhymes.

7. Focus and enhance on their creative learning as it will help them to change their mood and divert their mind.

8. Making them aware about basic hygiene care and teaching basic etiquettes.

9. Counseling kids and establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to kids.

10. Advising them for further counseling to senior counselor if they are not able to understand.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
