Super tutors run the show at Candela learnings. They make learning a fun and exciting journey for children who enroll on the programme. Being experts in their respective subjects, super tutors need to:

• Take recorded video classes. – Plan and record chapter-wise classes divided into episodes. – Prepare and present episode-wise MCQs. – Discuss chapterwise questions and give detailed explanation of the answers. – Conduct chapter-wise revision. – Discuss previous years’ question Verify and rework the recorded sessions. – You will be asked to verify other super-tutors’ videos for accuracy. This is to ensure 100% accuracy in the lessons and ideas delivered by all. – Prepare, verify and rework both teachers’ notes and class notes. – Prepare workbooks for each chapter. – Make corrections in the workbook if mistakes are found.
• Provide assistance to students when requested on the App. – Provide live assistance via calling. – Provide written assistance to student queries via messages. – All queries must be addressed within 24 hours.
• Take live sessions on the App and social media platforms.
• Assess students’ performance and enter results and findings regularly on the App for parents to monitor.
• Plan the content of each episode, notes and activities to make them interesting and enjoyable for students. Bring in your unique style.
• Prepare model question papers for quarterly, half-yearly and annual examinations.
• Deliver subject-wise content for social media. They can include reels, videos, posters, stories etc.
• Provide chapter and episode-wise descriptions for videos.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per week
