Full Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ø Proper follow-up with candidates and enquiries.
Ø Responsible for helping young people in building a career, and also serve as a support apparatus that enhances the growth of young people both as individuals and equally as professionals.
Ø Engage with potential clients and understand their needs and provide the solutions.
Ø Managing customer’s queries and handling the issues
Ø Evaluate the background of the student and recommend them the best possible course and University options. Provide professional and quality counselling services to clients.
Ø Assist students with all the stages pertaining to the admission process at leading universities.
Ø Will be doing Educational counselling and have to generate the leads related to the courses
Ø Provide detailed and accurate information regarding admission, visa documentation and other mandatory requirements.
Ø Responsible for handling all aspects of the admission process including case filing with the university; updating the students through regular communication, visa application
Ø Provide End to end assistance to the clients.
Ø Interpersonal skills are needed for education customer relationship executive to be able to solve problems that may arise between parents and teachers, or even between teachers and students as the case may be.
Ø Serve as a guide for students when applying for scholarship and other forms of academic funding.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Ø Excellent communication skills, especially listening skills is highly required for an customer relationship executive.
Ø Must be motivated, energetic, and able to work as a part of a team Requirements and Talkative personality.
Ø Ability to be proactive and not reactive at all times is of great importance.
Ø Counsellor must be easily approachable by teachers, students, and parents. That’s means customer relationship executive should be friendly and accommodating.
Ø Ability to discern body language of students is also important
