We are seeking for a collaborative creative and passionate individual to join our team as a Primary Facilitator.

Responsibilities

To encourage research in subjects among learners as a group for primary school

Encourage the students to be actively engaged in self-learning and review their progress on a weekly basis.

Displays a passion for developing innovative educational activities and practice.

Check that the subject matter is effectively communicated and understood by the learners.

Collaborate with peers and superiors without any boundaries, keeping in mind betterment of the student community.

To keep records of learner’s progress in line with our curriculum framework.

Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children’s progress and needs.

Qualifications:

Should be passionate and energetic to work with young learners

Post Graduate degree, preferably in Education or related field

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with team members.

Should be research-oriented and develop a profound interest regarding the subject in the learner

Experience in IGCSE syllabus would be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
