· Understand the intricacies of Campus K’s K-Play curriculum and implement it while following the guidelines of Cambridge.

· Generate and enhance the innate curiosity in children and facilitate the development of skills like research, analysis, evaluation, reflection, collaboration and communication.

· Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use in learning activities.

· Understand every child; know about their interest and weakness and look for opportunities to emphasis their strength and overcome their weakness.

· Collaborate with peers and superiors without any boundaries, keeping in mind betterment of the student community.

· Prepare reports on students and activities as required by administration.

· Meet with parents /guardians to discuss their children’s progress and needs.
