We are looking for an experienced and self driven Admission Counsellor who is proactive and well organized.

Job Description of Admission Counsellor: –

Responsibility:

Ø Candidates must have excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ø Good proficiency required in Word and Excel working

Ø Smart, Dynamic, Focused and result oriented individuals who live and breathe targets

Ø Can think on their feet, adapt to the requirements of the students, address their needs and are able to guide and suggest the right courses.

Ø Most importantly excellent at follow ups and closing /converting leads into admissions.

Ø Hot calling, generating referrals,3-4 levels of follow up and closing prospective admission

Ø High energy levels and a positive go – getter attitude. Work independently under minimal supervision.

Ø Can guide young counsellors

Ø Open to feedback. Understands the importance of working as a team

Ø Candidate should be willing to work on Saturday and Sunday with One weekly off during week days

Ø Manage enquiries, conduct follow ups and generate reports for analysis.

Ø Convince and convert the inquiries

Ø Registration & Accounting of Enrolments

Ø Managing cash flows to ensure that the company is operating as efficiently and as profitably as possible.

Ø Managing budgets and cost reduction.

Ø Ensuring key performance strategies are in place to achieve business targets.

Salary Bracket- Rs 20,000-30,000 including variable
Location- Mumbai (Andheri, Kandivali & Ghatkopar)
