Key Responsibilities:

• Designs and produces training materials, including e-learning courses.

• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools

• Ability to analyse data and evaluate the impact of training programs.

• Has a full understanding of the various business units and their specific training requirements.

• Develops and implements a learning strategy and program that are aligned with the organization’s objectives.

• Deliver training to various parts of the business and work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions.

• Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.

• Conduct training trainer workshops to ensure training, scalability, and effectiveness.

• Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.

Key Skills Required:

• Any Graduate with 4+ years’ experience of working on a L&D Manager٫ Training Manager or other relevant position.

• Communicate frequently with departmental and executive stakeholders to understand the evolving learning and development needs of our talent pool.

• Should be ready to travel minimum 10 days in a month across India.

• Improve associates’ job-related skills; develops, maintains, and applies learning tools to encourage associate development.

• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommending improvements as necessary
