Key Responsibilities

• Drive L&D initiatives at the regional level preferably in Food & Beverages organization / Hotel & Restaurants
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through different areas of opportunities in consultation with relevant stakeholders
• Partnering with regional teams to drive trainings and track effectiveness
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods
• Conduct effective training using different methodologies and digital platforms
• Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on L&D portal
• Driving L&D training initiatives across assigned cafes
• Manage training programs within approved budgets
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices in retail
• Create and adhere to the training calendars for effectiveness

Criteria

• Any Graduate/Post graduate
• Proven experience as a Trainer of minimum 3-8 years
• Knowledge on effective learning and current development methods
• Effective communication & Interpersonal skills
• Result Oriented

• Logical and Analytical approach
• Ability to build rapport with employees
