Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assign training data to the trainers for various training programs
  • Follow-up with the trainers for daily, weekly, and monthly training reports
  • Prepare and publish the critical training reports like training attendance report, performance report, and productivity report etc
  • Prepare and publish the monthly trainer evaluation reports for the review purposes
  • Maintain an effective communication with all the regional trainers and other key stakeholders
  • Assess the impact of training sessions by auditing the trainees
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Stay updated on new training techniques and procedures
  • Support for the training sessions, and content preparation as per the requirement

Requirements and Skills:

  • MS Office proficiency
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as Training Coordinator
  • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Facilitator or similar role
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle i.e. assess needs, plan, design, coordinate, monitor and evaluate
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
