Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assign training data to the trainers for various training programs
- Follow-up with the trainers for daily, weekly, and monthly training reports
- Prepare and publish the critical training reports like training attendance report, performance report, and productivity report etc
- Prepare and publish the monthly trainer evaluation reports for the review purposes
- Maintain an effective communication with all the regional trainers and other key stakeholders
- Assess the impact of training sessions by auditing the trainees
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Stay updated on new training techniques and procedures
- Support for the training sessions, and content preparation as per the requirement
Requirements and Skills:
- MS Office proficiency
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as Training Coordinator
- Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Facilitator or similar role
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle i.e. assess needs, plan, design, coordinate, monitor and evaluate
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with industry best practices and standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
