Job Description
Immediate requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, ANSYS).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.
- A passion for education and a commitment to inspiring future mechanical engineers.
- Identify and assess learner needs, and create effective learning options to meet those needs
- Provide support in planning, designing and developing training materials and assessment instruments in line with awarding body requirements
- Deliver training using a variety of training aids and appropriate resources to suit learner needs
- Ensure effective content coverage by analyzing outcomes of the program and work placements
- Assess learning in a range of contexts, and provide feedback to students on their progress
- Maintain records of students’ progress, and provide guidance to students in maintaining records of training activities and portfolios.
- Participate actively in improving the quality and effectiveness of learning programs and assessments as well as one’s own practice
