Schools Students in Jaipur, Ajmer, Tonk, Bhilwara and Udaipur districts

90 minutes class in each school and two to three schools visit per day

The modules aim at developing the following skills of the candidate.Self-Skills Communication SkillsInterview SkillsResponsibilities and Duties1.Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program.2.Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology3.Ensuring students attendance and participation in the session4.Students counselling and PTM5.Ensuring smooth running the operations6.Monitor student progress throughout duration of training, providing coaching and developmental feedback, facilitate transition of students from training to work environment, ensuring competency levels are sufficient7.Complete daily tracking, including end of day course evaluation and trainee assessmentsJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: Up to ?10,.00 per monthEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s Desired Candidate Profile Trainer should have min 1 year experience in soft skills or communication training Key Skills Good Communication Skill Soft Skill Trainer Trainer Industry Functional Area Number of Vacancy 12 Qualification Any Bachelor Degree
