Job Role: Online Faculty – (Foundation/JEE/NEET)
Location: Work from anywhere
Working days & Shift: 6 days/week (Work from Home)
Department: Academics
Brief on the role
Conduct online live classes for the students
Build strong conceptual foundations for the students
Establish 1:1 connect with the students
Coaching & Mentoring students
Onboarding newly enrolled students
Helping students with their doubts during & after live classes
Content Development
Responsible for Academic growth of students & parents’ satisfaction
Qualification
B.Tech/M.tech or M.Sc/MBBS/BDS in the field of (respective subject) from a reputed institute
Required Skills
Excellent reasoning and communication skills
Can explain complex concepts in simple ways
Good Communication Skills
Comfortable working in 8 hours per day and 6 days/week (Wednesday will be weekly off tentative)
