About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding a student’s requirements and pain points and connecting with them at an artistic level
2. Teaching instrument/vocals and developing overall musicality and creativity through engaging songwriting sessions and creative teaching methods
3. Keeping a record of student progress and motivating students to try new things every day and work towards a bigger goal

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per student).
