
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills and Aptitude Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training individuals on both soft skills and aptitude development.
Responsibilities:
– Design and deliver training programs focused on enhancing soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
– Develop and implement training modules to improve aptitude skills including logical reasoning, numerical ability, and critical thinking.
– Conduct assessments to identify training needs and track progress of participants.
– Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to individuals to help them improve their soft skills and aptitude.
– Collaborate with other trainers and team members to create comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our organization.
– Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in soft skills and aptitude training to continuously improve training programs.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Resources).
– Proven experience as a trainer in soft skills and aptitude development.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
– Certification in training or coaching is a plus.
