Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS and Azure DevOps Trainer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs on AWS and Azure DevOps technologies to our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct training sessions on AWS and Azure DevOps technologies, including but not limited to infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and automation.
2. Develop and deliver engaging training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to ensure effective learning outcomes.
3. Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences, including developers, system administrators, and IT professionals.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AWS and Azure DevOps technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
5. Provide guidance and support to trainees during lab exercises and practical assignments.
6. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
7. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance existing training materials and create new content as needed.
8. Assist in the development of certification programs and contribute to the certification exam preparation materials.
9. Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to share knowledge and best practices.
10. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to AWS and Azure DevOps.

Requirements:

1. Strong expertise in AWS and Azure DevOps technologies, including but not limited to AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.), Azure services (Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, etc.), and infrastructure-as-code tools (CloudFormation, ARM templates, etc.).
2. Proven experience in delivering technical training programs, preferably in the field of cloud computing and DevOps.
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training content to different learning styles and skill levels.
5. Familiarity with other cloud platforms and DevOps tools is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
