Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- To manage academic delivery across all verticals.
- Batch schedule adherence and timely completion of batches with minimal Slippage and cancellations of sessions
- Attendance Management & pulling out reports.
- Regular interaction with coordinator /faculty for timely feedback and address concerns of students if any
- Training Assignments during session.
- Collecting feedbacks, rolling out surveys.
- Coordination with University / colleges for smooth functioning of batches
- Scheduling trainers as per Training requirement.
- Empanelment of faculty
- Effectively manage the training budget.
- Arranging travel & stay for trainers for outstation / outside country trainings.
- Coordination with finance team to ensure timely payment to faculty.
- To Prepare and coordinate for Quarterly & Monthly Training Calendar.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all training material developed and used.
- Works closely with Trainers, Sales team to meet Training project needs.
- Designs & maintains excel reports, documents related to training projects.
- Conduct exams.
- Ensure labs are prepared by instructing lab assistant.
- Ensure feedback forms are filled up after each training.
- Prepare training Material by embedding watermarks into it.
- Expand oversight on all training Centers.
- Resolving queries and concerns of students and take care of all the operation work goes smooth.
- Maintain proper inventory of All Assets like Books, Laptops, Computers, and Projectors.
- Ensuring regular engagement of team with students to avoid escalations and grievances
- Regular interactions with faculties for review of content & updation, upload of content by content team.
- Regular interactions with Placement team for Internship and Placement of students
- Maintaining Honorarium for faculties fees on monthly basis
- Initiated batch launch process with check points at Academic , Content and Operations segment , to avoid any gaps
Preferred candidate profile
- Demonstrable track record in driving complete operational department.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. Must be able to build relationships & quickly take initiatives in driving training programs while being proactive in suggesting new ideas.
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral)
- Ability to organize, prioritize, co-ordinate & implement multiple training programs simultaneously with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Must be detail-oriented & customer focused.
- A good team player and team leader.
- Candidates are preferred from edtech / e-learning.
