Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Communication Trainer at BROTOTYPE. The Communication Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on communication skills, developing training curriculum, and facilitating intercultural communication. The role will also involve writing and content development related to communication training.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on the English language.
• Provide interview preparation guidance.
• Facilitate soft skills and personality development workshops for students.
• Train students in communication skills in English, with a focus on both written and verbal skills.
• Conceptualize and design content, activities, and tasks for training sessions.
• Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans to support their development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in training and curriculum development
• Excellent writing skills
• Knowledge and experience in intercultural communication
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree (BA) or Master’s degree (MA) in English literature or Communicative English
