The British School, New Delhi seeks an experienced Hindi Teacher to teach primary school students. The appointee will have the ability to collaborate and develop Hindi language programmes that are both stimulating and challenging and engage students of all abilities. They will also develop assessments that monitor the progress of student learning and achievement; produces coherent feedback for students, parents and external institutions; and informs teaching and learning.
The Hindi teacher will also ensure that students progress well under their care. The teacher should be able to keep pace with the demands of a changing and evolving curriculum and also keep abreast with 21st century pedagogy. The teacher should be able to use and integrate technology in their teaching as well as use IT in communicating with students, parents and colleagues.
Appointees will be graduates or post graduates, ideally in Hindi, with a teaching qualification/degree from a reputed institution. A minimum of 3 years experience teaching Hindi to primary school students in a leading school, ideally an international school, is required.
