We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller cum Counsellor to contribute in generating business for our company. You will be responsible for closing candidate/clients deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective Telecaller cum Counsellor must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting our services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the services.
• Client Handling Customer Interaction Answer questions about services or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Handle grievances to preserve the company reputation
• Keep records of data and note useful information

Requirements:

• Fresher/Experienced.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (MS office) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of Malayalam/English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Convincing skills, Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
