Key Job Responsibilities
Ensure RURAL market implementation and hygine.
- Setting objectives for SS & RPDs.
- Observe SDA /PSM operations in the given markets.
- Align sales team to Drive Vikas App & Shakti Penetration.
Field Effectiveness & people development.
- Working closely with the sales team to drive field efficiency at SDA/PSM /RURAL ASE level.
- Driving Rural Field force , on boarding of RPDs , SDA KYC , Ensuring Maximum SDA earn incentives
Ensure effective implementation of Rural Initiatives & Driving Rural PCC growth
- Identify the geography/ RPDs at Cluster level to Drive Desired PCC
- Identify Weak Clusters and drive Width and Depth of Distribution
- Conducting Brand level activities thru Micro Marketing , to Gain Rural Market share
Planning and Executing Rural Distribution
- Expansion of Rural Distribution through RPD App ECO
- Ensuring all 3k+ Villages are Covered effectively
- RPD billed as per AOP
- Appointing New RPDs in LDMC locations
- Driving ULPR in Rural business

Education Qualification
MBA
Experience (in Years)
6-9 Years’ Experience in FMCG Industry
