What the role involves:

• Finding out various channels for candidate acquisition including but not limited to campus recruitment, job portals, referrals, social media,, and keeping a track of cost per hire.

• Continuously monitoring the performance (conversion%, retention %, attrition %) of employees coming from various sources.

• Preparing documents – joining letter, offer letter, updating policy and incentive documents.

• Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements

• Developing adequate induction and training support programs.

• Supporting employee opportunities for professional development

• Managing growth plan and succession planning of staff

• Assisting with the performance management and review process

• Leveraging Social Media to build brand identity.

• Working closely with the business to understand their requirements, future skills and what a great talent looks like – Adhere to Business approved Quality standards and seek measures to improve on.

• Strive for excellence, and think of scale.
