We have Opening for Communication Trainer for our Skill Training Institution.
Job timing-9.30 to 6.30.
A Communication Trainer is responsible for conducting coaching sessions with trainees regarding communication principles and practices. They prepare materials such as training topics and plans to meet specific needs for communication skills development and training goals.
The job description of a Communication Trainer may include the following:
Designing and delivering training programs for staff in the use of communications systems, tools, and techniques.
Developing and executing communications training materials and activities for all levels of staff.
Analyzing training needs to create tailored training plans.
Facilitating workshops and seminars to ensure that staff have the necessary knowledge to effectively use their communication tools.
Helping clients practice their verbal, written, and listening skills and body language while giving feedback on improvement.
Providing constructive criticism to trainees during training sessions.
Designing, planning, and implementing effective training curriculums.
Teaching people how to best communicate effectively in various situations.
