About BridgeGap Academy Private Limited

BridgeGap is a marketplace of live online classes for learners aged 9 to 18 years. We provide small group classes that meet over live video chat where learners are connected with teachers and classmates who share their interests. The classes are on a wide variety of topics across math, science, English & communication, coding, robotics, logic & critical thinking, etc. We are guided by our vision to inspire and empower every kid to discover and attain his/her potential.

About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Researching and identifying top online teachers across various skills and categories
2. Convincing, bringing, and onboarding excellent teachers to the platform to provide a delightful experience to students
2. Planning and maintaining a strong pipeline of high-quality teachers to meet the incoming demand
3. Guiding teachers on setting up their profiles and creating courses
4. Supporting/following up with them until they submit their course for review with us
5. Prioritizing and managing several tasks simultaneously
