Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling telecalling activities like patient counselling and telephone enquiries.
• Be the front facing individual at the clinic and address queries and refer to the right individual at the clinic.
• Mentor, guide and counsel patients about our Ayurvedic treatments & therapies and other programs.
• Manage the day-to-day MIS Update at the Clinic.
• Participate in Events, health camps as per requirement
• Any other task entrusted by the Reporting Manager from time to time as required

Desired Candidate

• Possess good communication skills
• Well-versed with Telugu, Hindi and English language is preferred
• Must have worked earlier in any hospital or clinic is preferred. 2-3 years experience as a patient counsellor is preferred.
• Well organized working style with excellent time management skills.
• Fair working knowledge with MS office and Internet

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

• Morning shift
