Eligibility Criteria :

Educational qualification – Minimum graduation degree in any discipline

Experience- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in academic counselling

Candidates with 2 to 3 years of sales / counselling experience from education industry would be preferred, however candidates with sales & marketing experience from banking & finance / hospitality / insurance sector may also apply.

Job Description

l Interact with leads for the purpose of converting leads into confirmed applications

l Maintain a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes

l Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the department head

l Achieving the weekly targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment

l To develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the students and parents

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
