Brainware Hiring For Tele Counselor at Baguiati, Kolkata, West Bengal Full Time

We are looking for candidates having work experience as a telecaller/ counselor in Education Sector.

• Candidate would be responsible for tele counseling the parents/candidates regarding the various technical graduation degree Courses offered by Brainware University.
• Responsible for making Outbound Calls and followups to explain them about our courses and getting student admissions.
• Updating the CRM Software with details of the calls and followups made.

Required Candidate profile

• Candidates working in education and training institutes will be given preference.
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills.
• Candidate must be cool tempered with ability to counsel and convince parents/students for pursuing technical degree courses.
• Candidate should be fluent in Bengali Language & Computer conversant (Internet & MS Excel).
• Candidate should have good communication and convincing skills.
• Candidate must ensure that all process knowledge and instructions are adhered to.

Along with a fixed pay, an attractive incentive option is provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
