Role Description The Botany Faculty will design and deliver engaging, NEET-focused Botany classes for students, following the latest exam patterns and syllabus. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating high-yield notes, practice questions, and tests, and explaining complex concepts in a clear and structured manner. The role involves regularly assessing student performance, providing doubt-clearing sessions, and offering constructive feedback to help learners improve. The faculty member will collaborate with academic and content teams to develop digital learning materials, including slides, question banks, and recorded sessions where required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, requiring consistent classroom presence and academic mentoring for NEET aspirants.
Qualifications

• Strong academic background in Botany or Biological Sciences (Master’s degree or above preferred; exceptional graduates with relevant experience may be considered).
• Demonstrated experience teaching Botany for NEET or similar competitive exams, with a clear understanding of NEET syllabus, question patterns, and exam strategies.
• Ability to break down complex topics into simple, exam-oriented explanations and create concise notes, practice questions, and test papers.
• Effective classroom management, communication, and presentation skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.
• Comfort with basic educational technology tools, including digital whiteboards, online test platforms, and content creation for video or online sessions.
• Strong mentoring attitude, patience, and commitment to supporting diverse learners, including those from varied academic and socio-economic backgrounds.
• Willingness to work from the Greater Kolkata Area on-site, with flexibility for extended hours during peak academic periods or exam seasons.
• Prior experience with an ed-tech company or coaching institute is an advantage, as is familiarity with creating structured study plans and revision schedules.
