1.Execution of the Learning and Development strategy with an objective of building a competent and a capable Learning organization as per the overall business strategy.
2.Conducting the Training Needs Identification (TNI) exercise and Seminars for all Peers. Connecting with internal stakeholders for understanding the T&D requirements.
3Prepare the annual training calendar in line with the business objectives and ensure roll out of the training programs as per the plan.
4Measure training feedback & effectiveness; analyse various L & D parameters and aspects. Maintain the training budgets, MIS, and reports.
5Execution of the On-boarding program to help nurture and further groom and develop the new Talent in the organization.
6Assist in execution of the managerial and leadership development programs through the defined competency development framework.
