Bombay Educon Solutions Pvt. Ltd is an Ed-tech start-up based in the Mumbai region of India aimed to provide career-based learning through a broad field categorisation into 3 sections – education, art and culture and sports.

On 16-02-2022, we were recognized as a start-up by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade. We provide services in “Education” Industry and “Skill Development” Sector.

We as a start-up aspire to work with students to choose appropriate career through wide exploration and testing in established and emerging profession at very early stage. Our Educational Model is based on mechanical principle called 3-2-1 principle.

WORK PROFILE

• Experience: 0 to 2 Year
• CTC: 2 to 4 LPA
• Work Type: Full time
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Communicate with students and parents on a regular basis.
• Presenting lessons in a comprehensive manner using innovative and interactive methodology.
• Being adaptive to usage of visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
• Providing individualized instruction to each student depending on their capacity.
• Creating and distributing educational content as per requirement.
• Develop and conduct test series as per requirement.
• Assess and record students’ progress through a rigorous evaluation of grades and feedback.
• Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
• Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.
• Observe and understand students’ behaviour and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
• Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by participating in multi-dimensional programmes within the institution.
• Skills Required:
• Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in the subject of choice.
• Proficiency in languages – English / Hindi / Marathi.
• Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Managing administration related to class room tasks.
• Proven experience as a teacher.
• Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the institute’s policies and procedures.
• Well-organized and committed.
• Creative and energetic.
• Strong moral values and discipline.

• Class 12th– Above 60 %
