Responsibilities

Team membership
Ensure to be proven as good team player to deliver the objectives assigned to the team.
Technical Management
Record Management skillset, including Veritas Enterprise vault, MERGE1 and other dependent components to record management infrastructure. Knowledge of MS Exchange would be added advantage. Must have a continual improvement and risk mitigation focus and proactively improve the monitoring, efficiency, reliability, capacity and quality of all IT services under their managed perimeter. Guarantee functioning of the infrastructure/services in APAC, taking into account business requirements Responsible for having an operational up to date BCP / DR documented and tested.
Governance
Planning and completing designated projects from start to end, providing regular updates on task and project status and ensuring project deadlines are met on time. Responsible for the SLA section related to the tower: SLA definition, reporting, dashboards. Ensure the coordination and collaboration with Global Head of the relevant functional area. Ensure that the instructions and guidelines of the Group (esp. IT Security guidelines and Global ITI&P Governance) are respected and the architecture is validated. Responsible for controls to be run for as well as the closure of audit points related to the tower.
Customer/Supplier Relations/Auditors :
CIB divisions : Equities, Fixed Income & Structured Finance IS divisions: Wealth Management, BP2S, Investment Partner, Cardif IT Security, Auditors, Finance
External
Hardware / Software suppliers chosen by the Group Outsourcing vendors (potentially) External audits (private or regulators)
Key Results Areas:
Optimize the infrastructure and drive the tower strategy for APAC in line with Head Office strategy Guarantee functioning of the systems by having resilient infrastructure and escalation of problems, proper documentation, good procedures/controls and monitoring. Support comprehensive APAC Collaborative infrastructure / service monitoring strategy Track and proactively manage Incidents. Devise improvement strategies to reduce incidents. Track and proactively manage assets. Develop procedures and IT controls for the tower.

Ability to perform deep dive analysis of issues and be able to quickly resolve complex problems. Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills :
Excellent knowledge and experience with following systems (must be with expert knowledge on following) : Veritas Enterprise Vault (must to have) Veritas Compliance and Discovery Accelerator (Must have) MERGE1 (Good to have) PowerShell Scripting (Good to have) MS Exchange, M365 (good to have) Strong knowledge of Project management.
Other Value-Added Competencies :
Knowledge of any other e-Comm archiving tool (e-discovery, Compliance & Discovery accelerator). Knowledge of MS-SQL Mature, independent, well organized with excellent communication skills (written, spoken, presentations) Exposed to multi-cultural environment (SG/ HK/JP/IN/FR/UK/US) and able to work as part of a Global team Quick thinker and good decision-maker Analytical, detail -oriented and self-motivated Tough mindset, able to work under pressure and extended hours
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
At least 8 years of experience in a complex IT infrastructure environment Experience in an investment banking-focus business Experience of large organizations (matrix with local & functional reporting lines) Fluency in English ITIL / CobiT trained and experience with ITSM tools
