BM Education Hiring For Visa counsellor at Chandigarh, Chandigarh Full Time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Contacting existing customers on daily basis
• counsel the student/clients with up-to-date visa informed and assess them on their ego,education,working experience,language eligibility.
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Regular telephonic calls to the leads given by the company and brief them about various option.
• Make regular and necessary followup with the leads in order to convert them into clients.
• Briefing various Immigration regulations changes to colleagues in the documentation Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork,
• and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
• Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements

REQUIREMENTS:-

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills./ Fresshers can also apply. Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
• Great interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
