Full Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers on daily basis
- counsel the student/clients with up-to-date visa informed and assess them on their ego,education,working experience,language eligibility.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Regular telephonic calls to the leads given by the company and brief them about various option.
- Make regular and necessary followup with the leads in order to convert them into clients.
- Briefing various Immigration regulations changes to colleagues in the documentation Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork,
- and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements
REQUIREMENTS:-
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills./ Fresshers can also apply. Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Great interpersonal skills.
