Job Description

  • Job Title: Automation Anywhere Administrator
  • Experience: 3+ years
  • Location: Mumbai, India

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Automation Anywhere Administrator, with proven experience of supporting, monitoring and administering via Automation Anywhere (AA).

Responsibilities:

  • Good Hands On – Automation Anywhere v 10 and above
  • Automation Anywhere Administrator will have to be available on on-call support on a rotation basis

Skills & Experience:

Must Have

  • Experience in Software Configuration Management
  • Experience on Automation Anywhere v 10 and above.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in AA Installation Client/Control Room.
  • Experience in AA Upgrade/Patching.
  • Experience in designing the high availability architecture of Control Room, Bot Runner Machines, Network and Operating System – for multi- country/multi-language/multi-time-zone deployment.

Technology Requirements

  • Experience in deployment of bots on AA v 10 & above.
  • Experience deployment of Web Control Room.
  • Performs scheduled maintenance activities such as server reboot & software patching.
  • Experience in implementation of Security via Control Room.
  • Maintains user and bot accesses in the control room as approved by system and process owners.
  • Awareness and demonstrated ability of implementation of best practices for bot deployment.
  • Migrates bot code between multiple environments to facilitate testing
  • Adheres to the bot delivery/governance framework and performs change control/ prod code migration post approvals.
  • Establishes/Monitors code version control through tools like SVN.
  • Monitors control room and client services on a daily basis and notifies support team of any bot issues.
  • Works with internal and external IT teams to resolve issues on the infrastructure
  • Assists support team to monitor bot runs and resolve production issues.
  • Monitors tickets assigned in the queue system and resolves in a timely manner.
  • Partners with other team members to perform seamless transition of support during time-zone rotation.
  • Supports the development and maintenance of training plans and other documentation.
  • Experience in usage of bots licenced from Botstore.
  • Experience in usage of Metabots.
  • Needs to be available on on-call support on rotation basis.

Desirables

  • Certification from AA University for Control Room Administration.
  • Exposure to .NET, or Automatic Testing.
  • Exposure to HTML/CSS.
  • Exposure to PL-SQL.
  • Exposure to Excel Macros.
  • Exposure to VB Script.
  • Exposure to Process Improvement {Lean, Six Sigma}.
