bluehawks Hiring For Senior Admission Counsellor at Phagwara, Punjab Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Admission Counsellor to join our team. The Senior Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and information about the institution’s academic programs, admission requirements, and financial aid opportunities to potential students who visit bluehawks office or through outbound tele-counselling.

The successful candidate will also play a key role in developing and implementing admission strategies and recruitment plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling and assistance to students who visit bluehawks office or through outbound tele-counselling, including reviewing applications, providing feedback, and answering questions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high school guidance counselors, college advisors, and other stakeholders to promote the institution and its academic programs.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment and outreach strategies to attract potential students and increase enrollment.
• Create and deliver presentations to prospective students and their families about the institution’s academic programs, admission requirements, and financial aid opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments within the institution to coordinate admission events, such as open houses and campus tours.
• Analyze data and provide reports on admission trends, enrollment numbers, and other relevant metrics.
• Assist with the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Provide guidance and support to other admission counsellors and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in admission counselling, preferably in higher education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of admission processes, financial aid opportunities, and academic programs.
• Experience with recruitment and outreach strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Ability to travel to recruitment events, as needed.
